Because legal matters have a way of stretching out over long periods, speaking every week is not practical. However, we strive to keep you informed when any changes occur, or statuses change. We also try to respond to your questions in a reasonable amount of time.

When retaining an attorney, the fees are agreed upon to deliver legal services for private or corporate clients. They cover the production of documents, any negotiation, research, and legal advice. To put it simply, you receive professional service and experienced knowledge in your goal to win your case.

When you have questions or concerns about your case, we want you to feel comfortable enough to ask them. We attempt to get the answer for you or have the attorney contact you as quickly as possible. Get us the information, and we’ll get you the answer.

All of our regular visits are by appointment only and during regular business hours. However, sometimes you may want to meet other times because of urgent matters. You can request appointments for time-sensitive issues, but we reserve the right to add a surcharge to our regular fee for these appointments. These “emergencies” can be expensive, so please try to avoid them whenever possible.
