Kyle joined The Stanton Law Firm, LLC in 2022 and is licensed to practice law in the State of Alabama.

Kyle graduated from Auburn University in 1989 while working full-time as a state investigator and obtained a Juris Doctorate from Faulkner University's Law School. After his clerkship with three judges and serving as pendente lite judge, he became lead attorney in the asset re-acquisition department of a prestigious Montgomery law firm. Kyle  was invited to return to the State as a Deputy District Attorney in central Alabama, where he served as the Director of the Special Services Division and Domestic Violence Response Unit. Kyle distinguished himself as a trial attorney and victim's advocate. An opportunity to further his passion and love for community service allowed Kyle and his family to move to the north Alabama area.

Kyle brings over 25 years of legal experience in the areas of estates, property rights, corporate law and trial advocacy. Kyle states, "I have built a career providing sound advice rooted in my client's needs."

With many years in pastoral care and chaplaincy, Kyle has provided countless hours of coaching to help others develop a sense of optimism throughout the process of life events. No matter the circumstances, Kyle will be your cheering section and your advisor while advocating for your success.

Kyle and his wife, Jamie, a kindergarten teacher at Columbia Elementary, have raised three wonderful daughters. Outside of the office, Kyle enjoys off-road adventuring, hanging out with friends, enjoying an eclectic variety of music, and sailing when time permits.
